My personal Philosophy of Knowledge is that humankind is born with all the answers of the universe residing within. In my role as Chef d'Équipe, I ask you not to look to me for the answers, but rather look to me for the questions. At the Academy of Enlightenment, you will nurture and develop the artful skill of asking yourself the right series of questions, to arrive at the answers that reside within.
